Carpe Diem MD
In this post, Ian Cook, MD, goes over 5 reasons to invest in short term rentals. You might be surprised about number one: memories. I do think that this is one of the best reasons to buy a short term rental. In fact, this past week I traveled from Memphis to our short term rental cabin in Broken Bow, OK. I took along my two boys and my parents and we explored the new restaurants in town and made tons of upgrades to the cabin. It was the first time my boys had seen the cabin, and they loved it!
Even though it was a working trip, I made some excellent memories with my family. We hope to be back soon.
