The Prudent Plastic Surgeon
In this post, Dr. Frey looks at an interesting investment option: a land conservation easement. This was one of the first times I’ve actually read about this type of investment. Jordan explains this options thusly: “LCEs allow you to invest in land which will be conserved from being developed. They also provide you a charitable contribution that lowers your taxable income by up to 50% of your adjusted gross income.”
