The holiday months have been good to us, with higher demand and good occupancy. Despite a winter storm that rocked the US, we managed to keep our bookings for our Broken Bow cabin and our guests happy. This post highlights the high income potential of luxury short term rental, as these two properties outearned the rest of our portfolio combined.

This post outlines his 6th property acquisition. Despite a very challenging interest rate environment, his calculations predict a very impressive cash-on-cash. He also outlines how to transition old tenants out of a property to renovate properties and increase rents.
For me, this post also outlines the power of self-management. By cutting out property management (and buying right), Jordan and his wife are able to continue buying cash flowing properties even when others (like myself) have paused acquisition.
