In this excellent post, Jordan Frey gives us an update on his quest for passive income via real estate and his blog. I’m incredibly impressed and inspired by his success in just a few short years. To summarize his findings, he’s projected to make multiple six figures in passive income in 2024!
As a fellow blogger/content creator, I’ve had comparatively much less success in monetizing my creative content. Instead, I’ve focused on creating income via real estate, which has been a much more reliable wealth creator for me.
