I’m a big fan of this concept as well, though I have to admit that I should probably utilize it even more. When I think about my own businesses, I could likely be moving much faster with more partnerships and strategic hires. The tricky calculus is knowing when to apply this concept, as most of the time, it costs money to really use this concept effectively. It takes introspection and thought to figure out the value proposition, which is probably why most people never take advantage of this concept. But if you can make strategic decisions that utilize the talents of others, you can make huge leaps in productivity and growth.

This blog post was all about transparency. I think transparency is a valuable currency in the new age of all access social media. Via Instagram or TikTok, you can get unprecedented access to peoples’ lives, but it’s most rewarding when your getting the real deal. Transparency is what prompted me to share things like my real expenditures, and it’s also what prompted me to share the specific details of my income as a locum tenens.
