This roundup brings us my early 2022 net worth update, a discussion about true financial independence from Ian Cook, and Jordan Frey’s personal tax plan!
The Darwinian Doctor
I’ve written before about how net worth really doesn’t matter, but I do think net worth is a good barometer to keep track of general progress towards your financial goals. This net worth checkup is my first since unveiling my identity as the Darwinian Doctor last year. It shows that my family’s net worth is up approximately $900k since late 2020. Despite picking up $3 million of real estate last year, my asset allocation actually shifted more towards stocks!
