Finally, Jordan Frey analyzes a common scenario to help us decide if we should turn our home into a rental. I tend to agree with his analysis that in most cases, it’s not the best idea to turn your primary home into a rental, because it was not purchased with that purpose in mind. Therefore, it might not be the best place to put your investable money when it comes to rental real estate.
