PhREI Network Roundup | 1-7-2022

In this roundup, Ian declares 2022 the “Year of the Short Term Rental,” I discuss my experience with physician coaching, and Jordan talks about our upcoming virtual real estate investing conference!

Carpe Diem MD

In his first post of the new year, Ian Cook decrees 2022 as “The Year of the Short Term Rental.” Why? Because it’s the last year of 100% bonus depreciation! (If you don’t know what this is, check out this post: Amazing Tax Deductions from Your Short Term Rental.)

I heartily agree with Ian, and this year will probably be another year of short term rental acquisition for our personal real estate empire.
