In light of the last few years of economic tumult, it’s prudent to think about how to insure your retirement against a crash. At least personally, it’s going to be hard for me to ride off into the sunset of retirement without a lot of economic safety rails. These rails are going to (at the very least) include a strong portfolio of stocks and my cash flowing real estate.
