OpenClaw Secure Ops is a private operations application operated by Daniel Shin for a limited set of expressly authorized users. It connects approved Google accounts to secure, user-facing tools for inbox organization, file search, and scheduling context.
What the application does
- Gmail: Reads authorized messages, metadata, and labels and applies or removes labels to support private inbox review and organization.
- Google Drive: Searches and reads files and file metadata in accounts the user has explicitly connected.
- Google Calendar: Reads calendar information to provide scheduling context to the authorized user.
Who can use it
OpenClaw Secure Ops is not offered as a public consumer service. Access is limited to the operator and a small number of users who have been specifically authorized. Every Google account must complete Google’s OAuth consent process before the application can access that account.
How Google information is handled
Google user information is used only to provide the private features described above. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Operational data is protected within a private server environment and is accessible only to authorized users and administrators acting with the user’s permission.
The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your control
Users can revoke OpenClaw Secure Ops access at any time through Google Account third-party connections. To request deletion of Google-derived information retained by the application, contact [email protected].
