These Terms of Service govern access to and use of OpenClaw Secure Ops, a private, limited-use operations application operated by Daniel Shin.
Acceptance of these terms
By connecting a Google account to or using OpenClaw Secure Ops, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not authorize or use the application.
Eligibility and authorized access
The application is not offered as a public consumer service. Access is limited to the operator and users who have been expressly authorized. You may use the application only with accounts you own or are permitted to connect.
Google authorization
Features that access Google services require the user to complete Google’s OAuth consent process. You control the permissions you grant and may revoke access at any time through Google Account third-party connections. Revocation may disable features that depend on Google services.
Permitted use
You may use OpenClaw Secure Ops only for lawful, authorized purposes. You must not attempt to access another person’s information without permission, interfere with the application or its security controls, introduce malicious code, or use the application in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Privacy and data handling
The Privacy Policy describes how Google user information and other application data are accessed, used, protected, retained, and deleted. It is incorporated into these terms.
Security and user responsibility
You are responsible for protecting your Google account and devices, reviewing requested OAuth permissions, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not share application credentials or access with unauthorized people.
Availability and changes
The application may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, including for maintenance, security, or compliance reasons. Features may change as Google APIs and operational requirements evolve.
Disclaimer
OpenClaw Secure Ops is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. No warranty is made that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the application. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, an account presents a security risk, or continued access is no longer authorized. Users may stop using the application and revoke Google access at any time.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when application features, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
